The repertoire of our ensemble contains choreography and music which is representative of the region of Ialomita but, at the same time, it renders value to the Romanian folklore, in general: folk dances and songs typical of the regions of Dobrogea, Moldova, Oltenia, Ardeal, Banat, Oas.

The artistic performances of the ensemble have in common the fascinating and colourful rhythms of the dances typical of Muntenia region, the perfect combination between grace, velocity and strength of the dances from the region of Olt, the force and expansiveness of the dances from Moldova, the connection between lyrical and dynamic, between the fragility and the energy of the dances from Ardeal. The ensemble offers irreproachable performances on stage, flawless choreography and authentic folk costumes.

The repertoire of the orchestra also includes folk songs representative of the East European countries (Hungary, The Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Serbia, and Bulgaria).

The qualities of the folk singers are remarkable and their repertoire is vast, containing songs typical of all the regions of Romania.
